About Microblading

Microblading is hand tattooing method when permanent make up artist is using manual tool and sterilised blade to create  hair like cuts in the skin. Pigment is inserted inside the skin by this blade , adding more hair strokes and passes to create natural looking brows. As microblading is manual method of tattooing it may be not very long lasting. This permanent make up method can last anything between 6-18 months, depending on your skin type, health, lifestyle and many different factors. If you are looking for natural looking brows, enhance your shape, make it easier and quicker  for you when doing your make-up, Is not suitable when your skin is oily, problematic (acne) or when you are looking for something long lasting. Colour boost is recommended every 6-15 months and the price vary depending on time between your initial treatment and required colour boost ( yearly refresh). Initial treatment includes one color correction to be use within 4-8 weeks after  initial treatment . Yearly colour boost includes only one treatment, if you need second correction ask for full price list. Skin test is necessary prior to treatment, without patch test you won’t be able to have a treatment.

Day Two – Nine:

You must apply the post-care cream on your eyebrows several times a day with a minimum of at least two times daily. Apply the post-care cream with a cotton swab, and use no aggressive movement and/or manipulation of the skin. Make sure your hands are completely clean before caring for your eyebrows. You need to clean your permanent make-up and keep it clean.

What to expect during and after your microblading / permanent make-up session Your new temporary eyebrow will go through several phases during the healing cycle. The pigment will appear very sharp and dark immediately after the procedure. This is because the pigment is still sitting on top of your skin, and has not yet settled in completely. The color of the pigment will soften gradually. Do not be alarmed if you see some pigment on the cotton swab, as this is excess pigment and/or body fluid that is naturally exiting your skin. Once the healing of the skin starts taking place, it will look like dandruff flakes or dry skin. This might give you the impression that the color pigment is fading too quickly, however, this is just superficial color and dry skin being naturally removed from your eyebrows. Once completely healed, always apply a layer of sunscreen SPF 30 up to SPF 50 on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun. Sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade away more quickly. You can now enjoy your beautiful new temporary eyebrows. You will simply love your new gorgeous fresh look. Itching and flaking may appear during the first seven days post-microblading procedure. However, experience has shown that by following these after-care instructions, these symptoms may quickly disappear. The healing of deeper wounds might last between 14-21 days. Touch-ups and/or correction of the shape-design is recommended only after this period.

Please note is essential to have a top up after your first session to prevent colour from fading too quick and correct the shape / missing spots. Colour boost after first correction is recommended between 6-15 months from your initial appointment, it helps prevent changing colour of your brows / lips / eyeliner  into blue/green/purple or red. If you miss this period of time to do colour boost, more work may be needed to fix the colour or easy laser tattoo removal before applying new microblading / permanent If you miss your colour refresh over 15 months, After first treatment your body may remove even 50% of the pigment . Because this is not a tattoo is essential to attend for  at least 2 procedures to achieve the best result.
